Karol leads the Jews for Jesus work in Brooklyn, NY, home to the fastest growing and most concentrated Jewish population in New York City with over 500,000 Jewish people. Reaching out to Ultra-Orthodox (Hasidic) Jews and to those from more secular Jewish backgrounds, Karol does street evangelism, leads a home Bible study for Jewish believers and seekers, and conducts one-on-one visits with Jewish people for the purposes of evangelism and discipleship of new Jewish believers. She also supervises two Russian speaking missionaries who minister among the large Russian community in Brooklyn, and a part-time missionary to college-age and young adults.
